Ted "Bud" Nelson of WTVF in Nashville was named NPPA's Best of Photojournalism Ernie Crisp Television Photographer of the Year for 2004. He has been shooting for 14 years. In 2003, Nelson placed in each of the 4 categories of television photojournalism in the BOP contest.
