The Morris Berman Lecture Series tapes are presentations from the 1993-1997 NPPA Flying Short Courses and 1994 National Convention. They are being offered through a grant from Morris Berman, a Charter/Life Member and former president of NPPA. Berman, now of Sun City, Arizona, worked as a photographer at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for 42 years and was also a former president of the Press Photographers Association of Greater Pittsburgh, Penn. The videos were produced by Mike Venso, of the Lewiston (Idaho) Morning Tribune and former chair of the NPPA's Audio-Visual Committee.

The Oklahoma TV NewsVideo Workshop is an annual, week-long seminar that attracts the top photojournalists in the nation. Sessions cover everything from lighting to storytelling, from editing to troubleshooting. Tapes of the 1988 and 1989 workshop sessions are available on 3/4 inch U-matic cassettes. Tapes of the 1998 sessions are available on VHS tapes.
