	Tuition Grants Available For NPPA Events Applications are now being accepted for tuition grants for the 2011 line-up of NPPA educational events, NPPA's executive director Mindy Hutchison has announced. The Board of the Northern Short Course in Photojournalism is pleased to announce its annual Photo Contest for National Press Photographers Association members in Regions One, Two and Three. Entries are being accepted as of January 10, 2010. The contest deadline is February 4, 2011. New contest rules, including important category definitions can be found here.
