Applications are now being accepted for tuition grants for the 2011 line-up of NPPA educational events, NPPA's executive director Mindy Hutchison has announced. Board Elects Sean D. Elliot As NPPA President, Passes Budget
NPPA's board of directors ended their three-day meeting by electing new national officers. Sean D. Elliot was named president for a one-year term that begins immediately. The chief photographer for The Day in New London, CT, Elliot has been NPPA's vice president during Bob Carey's term in office and he's served on the board of directors since 1999.
