Webcast Live Tonight: Ed Reinke's Cincinnati Memorial Service

CINCINNATI, OH (November 11, 2011) – The memorial service for the late Ed Reinke, AP staff photographer based in Louisville who died October 18, will be Webcast on Friday night, November 11, 2011, beginning at 8 p.m. EST from Cincinnati's Great American Ball Park.

Brian Horton says the service will be carried on Livestream, a free Web-based video service, where a channel for the service has been established.

The URL is www.livestream.com/Reinke.

No special software is required, and there is no log-in required to watch the video stream. "If you are able to watch Web videos now, and your browser is up to date, you are good to go," Horton said.

The live service will also be archived, so it can be watched again at any time.

The program will start as close to 8 p.m. as possible, organizers said, and it will run "until everyone who wants to has had a chance to pay their tribute."

Reinke, 60,died in hospice care after suffering injuries in an October 2 incident at the Kentucky Speedway in Sparta, KY, that left him in a coma.
