NPPA Wants To Know: Do You Have A Photo Blog?

 

DURHAM, NC (June 21, 2011) – The National Press Photographers Association wants to hear from NPPA members who regularly publish a photography or photojournalism blog, NPPA executive director Mindy Hutchison said today.

The goal is to build a new resource on the NPPA Web site that will list NPPA members' blogs with NPPA links to their sites. It's part of a new effort to build a linked blogging community among NPPA members, Hutchison said.

Some examples of photojournalists' blogs are NPPA member Alex Garcia's "Assignment Chicago" (featured at right), or NPPA board member Melissa Lyttle's "A Photo A Day."

If you are an NPPA member with a photojournalism or photography blog, whether it's still photography, videography, multimedia, or just written entries, please send an email to member-blogs@nppa.org to be included in the resource.
