Recruit 10 New Members, Receive One Year Of Free Membership

 

DURHAM, NC (February 4, 2011) – The National Press Photographers Association is happy to announce a membership recruiting program that runs from February 1, 2011 until December 31, 2011. Participants are in a unique position to contribute to the growth and advancement of NPPA, while at the same time potentially earning a year's worth of free NPPA membership.

"Your recruiting efforts will directly strengthen the association and the professional development of your colleagues or students, and will contribute to the vibrant NPPA community," NPPA executive director Mindy Hutchison said when announcing the membership drive.

Here's how the new campaign works:

1. Tell your peers, colleagues, or students about NPPA. Simply encourage them to join online, or to fill out and submit NPPA's membership application. Ask them to include your name as an answer to the application question, "How did you hear about the NPPA?"

2. After 10 of your referrals join NPPA (prior to December 31, 2011) you'll earn one year of free membership.

3. Email, fax, or write to us with the following information:

•  Names of the 10 new members, with either a member number or email address for each recruit.

•  Your name and member number, or an application for membership if you have not yet joined.

Rules/Eligibility

• All members and non-members are eligible to participate in the campaign.

• Only those who bring in 10 NEW members are eligible for this reward.

• New members are members who have never been an NPPA member or who let their membership lapse before January 1, 2010.

• The campaign period includes all new members joining NPPA from February 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.
