Virtual Video Workshop Faculty Announced
DURHAM, NC (August 20, 2010) – The second annual Virtual Video Workshop is scheduled for Saturday, September 25, 2010, and the speakers have now been announced, chair Steve Sweitzer says.
Darren Durlach, a two-time Ernie Crisp Television News Photographer of the Year, joins faculty members Joe Fryer (an Edward R. Murrow award-winner), Lynn French (a backpack journalist from KPNX), and Jason Witmer (a multimedia journalist from the Houston Chronicle's Web site).
This exciting online workshop is developed by the National Press Photographers Foundation, The Poynter Institute for Media Studies, and NPPA.
The program will start at 10:00 AM EST and run into the early afternoon. If you can’t commit to the whole day, as an added benefit of registration the presentations will be taped and you'll have free access to all sessions online at your convenience.
