VII Agency Workshop In Pasadena In November

 

LOS ANGELES, CA (October 1, 2007) - The VII Agency workshop will be in Pasadena, CA, again this year at the Art Center College of Design on November 3 and 4, 2007, with workshops that include multimedia, photographer presentations, panel discussions, and training sessions.

VII says that photographers Christopher Morris, Joachim Ladefoged, Ron Haviv, Lauren Greenfield, Antonin Kratochvil, Gary Knight, John Stanmeyer and James Nachtwey will participate.

Panel discussions will include "The Rise of Online Multimedia - Myth or Bust," moderated by VII executive director Frank Evers and featuring Meredith Artley (the executive editor of latimes.com), Ann Derry (editorial director of nytimes.com), Meredith Birkett (a senior editor of multimedia for MSNBC.com), and Andy Bowers, (the executive editor of slatev.com).

Evers says that VII has also joined forces with the Slideluck Potshow team to create a seminar-specific evening event, where attendees can also show off their work alongside the VII photographers and other leading photographers from the region.
