PHOTOJOURNALISTS REFLECT ON VIRGINIA TECH MASSACRE

TODD MAISEL: A veteran of 9/11 and of the "East Coast media frenzy", the New York Daily News staff photographer found sorrow amidst the media circus on the Virginia Tech campus after the shootings.
RICK WILKING: A freelance photographer for Reuters who is based in Colorado, Wilking covered both the shootings in Columbine and the massacre at Virginia Tech, and he draws comparisons.
MATT GENTRY: A staff photographer for The Roanoke Times, Gentry says Blacksburg, VA, has been forever changed, and the term "life as normal" redefined.
ALAN KIM: When classes resumed at Virginia Tech one week after the shootings, the photojournalist covered a ceremony on the Drill Field where only days earlier he was covering the massacre. During the ceremony, Kim made a 360-degree VR photograph that includes audio.
CASEY TEMPLETON: The 2005 College Photographer of the Year, Templeton is now a freelancer and he's produced a slideshow with audio of the pictures he shot for the Associated Press and The New York Times during the aftermath of the shooting.
