Speakers Selected For Wisconsin News Photographers Convention
MILWAUKEE, WI (January 9, 2007) – Mark Hoffman at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has announced the line-up of speakers for this year’s Wisconsin News Photographer’s Association convention, which is upcoming in March in Milwaukee.
Schedule to speak are Jim Brandenburg of National Geographic; Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist David Leeson of The Dallas Morning News; documentary photographer Brenda Ann Kenneally, winner of two NPPA-Nikon Documentary Sabbatical Grants; and Donald Miralle of Getty Images.
“The speaker portion of the annual event will be held at the stunning Milwaukee Art Museum on Saturday, March 31,” Hoffman said. “This work of art on the city's lakefront was the first building in North America designed by renowned architect Santiago Calatrava.
