NPPA Best Of Photojournalism 2005
Picture Editing Contest Winners Announced

 

DURHAM, NC (March 17, 2005) - Here are the winners in the NPPA’s Best Of Photojournalism 2005 Picture Editing contest for newspapers and magazines, judged in early March at Ohio University in Athens, OH.

The judges were Washington Post picture editor Michel du Cille, ZUMA Press director Scott Mc Kiernan, National Geographic picture editor Kurt Mutchler, and photojournalist Annie O’Neill of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Stan Alost, an Ohio University School of Visual Communication assistant professor, organized the judging.
