A list of potential site issues appears below. Please check the list to see if your problem has a known solution.
If you are unable to find a description of your problem, or if you have trouble with the solution, contact the NPPA webmaster. Please include your browser configuration, your member number (if available), the page address, and a description of the problem.
The NPPA.org web site is designed using Cascading Style Sheets for layout and formatting. This means that different browsers may see slightly different presentations of the information on our pages, but the pages themselves should be usable on every web browser and user agent, including search engines and screen readers for the blind.
The site has been tested in a wide range of web browsers, including Internet Explorer 5-7.0, Lynx 0.9, Mozilla 0.9-1.7 (including Firefox 0.9-1.5 and Camino), Opera 5-9, and Safari 1.0-2.0.3. As of this writing, no functional issues are known with any of those browsers. If you have problems viewing or using the site, please contact the NPPA webmaster with your browser configuration, and a description of the problem.
Note that older browsers which do not support CSS layout (such as Netscape Navigator 4) display the page more simply, without the more flashy features such as drop-down menus. And of course, text-only browsers such as Lynx, and auditory browsers such as JAWS, don't display the page with any "layout" at all.
Here is a list of the four most common issues seen when trying to log in to the site. If these descriptions do not apply to you, or if you have tried the solutions and are still having trouble logging on, please contact members@nppa.org.
