TV Quarterly Clip Contest
When to Enter
Entries are due to the Pool Chair on the 10th of the month following the end of the quarter.
How to Enter
Entries must be with mixed audio and submitted on a DVD that plays in an ordinary consumer DVD player. It is advised that you check your entries in different players. One category per DVD. Photographers from the same station may submit compilation entries if each DVD contains only one category. If more than one category is submitted on the same DVD, stories will be disqualified. This goes for individual photographers too. If you are submitting by yourself and have stories from two different categories, you must submit two DVDs.
Remember: fill out the entry form for each entry and send it with your DVD(s)
Where to Enter
The United States (and world) is broken into three divisions. You compete in one of two pools from the following geographical divisions.
- NPPA West
- Every state west of and including Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas (also includes Alaska and Hawaii, Canada, Asia, Australia, and the Pacific region).
- NPPA Central
- Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma (also includes Central America, South America, and Africa).
- NPPA East
- Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida (also includes Europe and the Middle East)
