A New York State Police trooper leads Richard Gordon to a State Police cruiser outside Tacos Ricos Restaurant in the City of Newburgh, NY at 1:13AM on Saturday morning July 11, 2009. Gordon was found asleep behind the wheel of a parked vehicle with the engine running while intoxicated by Newburgh police, and was taken into custody by State Police troopers.
