Elizabeth Caswell, now Elizabeth Kemp, has her ghoulish make-up done before her Halloween themed wedding Friday, October 30, 2009. Part of the reason she and her husband decided on the theme was to save money. Kemp said the wedding cost under $600.
Congratulations go out to Greg Kahn, a photographer with the Naples Daily News, who is the 2008 National MNCC Photographer of the Year. This is the first year the Monthly Clip Contest has named a National Photographer of the Year, although we are pretty sure photographers have been keeping track of these points for decades. Now it's official.

The NPPA has restored over 80,000 MNCC images after our September server crash. In that process we realize that a very few images may have incorrectly assigned captions. If you do see a problem with an image please report it to contest@nppa.org and we will fix it ASAP. Thank you.
