Jon Fletcher: Region 6 POY

For almost a decade I’ve been paying my dues to be a card-carrying member of the National Press Photographers Association. Being part of the NPPA community and reading the monthly magazine has challenged and helped me grow as a photographer by being able to see great work and stay up to date with issues in our field.

I’ve been blessed with co-workers who provide productive feedback, but having the opportunity to have my work judged by peers outside our newsroom each month for the clip contest is a great benefit of being part of the NPPA fellowship.
