Best of Television Photojournalism 2004 Entry Form


You must submit a completed form for each story you submit. To do so, fill out the form below, click the Submit button, and then print and sign the result page.

There is no entry fee for NPPA members entering the individual categories. The entry fee for non-members and Television Photography Station of the Year entries is $50 per entry. Your check or money order should be made out to NPPA.
