Special Citations
NPPA Special Citations are awarded to an individual or organization for making significant contributions that advance the interests of photojournalsim.
The 2011 Special Citation goes to Michelle McLoughlin.
The award was presented, along with the Samuel Mellor and Joseph Costa Awards, by NPPA President Sean Elliot at NewsLab in New York City.
